Todd Gordon has over 10 years of bankruptcy, trial and appellate experience and has represented a number of clients in bankruptcy courts, including debtors, creditors, and Official Committees and numerous clients in state and federal trials. He has acted as general and special counsel to trustees in bankruptcy and in defense of those sued by a bankruptcy trustee in avoidance, turnover, and clawback cases. He has tried jury cases to verdicts and has argued to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
