Todd Gordon has 22 years of trial and appellate experience and has represented numerous clients in state and federal jury and bench trials. He has tried civil litigation jury cases to verdicts and has argued to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He has represented a wide variety of clients in bankruptcy courts, including debtors, creditors, and Official Committees. He has acted as general and special counsel to trustees in bankruptcy and in defense of those sued by a bankruptcy trustee in avoidance, turnover, and clawback cases.
