Todd Gordon has 14 years of trial and appellate experience and has represented numerous clients in state and federal jury and bench trials. He has tried civil litigation jury cases to verdicts and has argued to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He has represented a wide variety of clients in bankruptcy courts, including debtors, creditors, and Official Committees. He has acted as general and special counsel to trustees in bankruptcy and in defense of those sued by a bankruptcy trustee in avoidance, turnover, and clawback cases.

Katie Lubitz joined the firm as an associate in 2013. Her practice includes civil litigation, bankruptcy, appellate practice, as well as transactional work. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lubitz served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office for over two years. During her time there she prosecuted criminal cases and tried over twenty cases to a verdict. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Lubitz was the Deputy Supervisor in the Boston Municipal Court office. During law school, Ms. Lubitz participated in the Juvenile Defenders’ Clinic, representing indigent juveniles charged with criminal offenses. She completed the Macaronis Civil Litigation Concentration curriculum, and graduated with distinction.
